Free Scooter Offered with Truck Purchase as ICCB Car Bazar Enters 8th Week

The International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB) has evolved into a premier destination for vehicle trading in the capital, marked by the ongoing success of the weekly "Super Sale Car Bazar." Following seven consecutive weeks of strong engagement, the auto market entered its eighth edition on Friday, featuring a wide array of new, reconditioned, and pre-owned automobiles, alongside commercial trucks and motorcycles. Unprecedented discounts and promotional gifts further stoked consumer interest throughout the day.

Jointly organized by Wizard Showbiz and ICCB, the single-day auto bazaar operates every Friday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Visitors entering the venue were met with rows of vehicles categorized by condition—brand-new and reconditioned models lined one side, while pre-owned personal vehicles occupied another. Many owners brought their current cars to sell or trade in for upgraded models, providing prospective buyers the convenience of inspecting, comparing, and negotiating diverse options within a single venue.

To gain a competitive edge, several dealerships rolled out aggressive promotional packages, including complimentary iPhones and e-bikes with select car purchases. A major highlight of this edition was the commercial vehicle segment; exhibitors presented trucks alongside Chinese motorcycle brands, introducing a special promotional offer of a free scooter with every truck purchase. Vehicle prices at the market ranged from BDT 800,000 to BDT 18.6 million, catering to varied market segments, including displays of global brands such as Mitsubishi, Changan Deepal, and Hyundai.

To foster consumer trust and ensure transparency, the organizers integrated an on-site multi-brand workshop station, enabling buyers to conduct thorough technical inspections of engines, chassis, and wheelbases prior to finalizing transactions. The event also featured specialized ramp displays to allow sellers to showcase vehicle design and performance dynamics effectively. Commenting on the turnout, ICCB Brand and Marketing Manager Mehedi Hasan stated that the venue continued to receive robust participation from both buyers and sellers, noting that consolidating cars, trucks, and two-wheelers with on-site technical inspection services under one roof has proven highly effective for the automotive retail sector.
